Terms of Service

1. Overview

AFKHub ("we", "us") provides infrastructure and automation tooling for running automated Roblox session activity ("the Service"). By purchasing or using the Service you ("you", "customer") agree to these Terms.

2. Acknowledgment of Platform Risk

You acknowledge and accept that automated Roblox account activity carries inherent platform risks under Roblox's Terms of Service, including but not limited to account suspension, moderation actions, velocity suspensions, account linking flags, and IP flagging. AFKHub cannot and does not guarantee that any account, session, or IP address remains unflagged, unbanned, or otherwise unaffected by Roblox's automated enforcement systems.

3. Liability Shift — Zero Responsibility for Account Outcomes

You understand and agree that AFKHub accepts zero responsibility and zero liability for:

• Account suspensions, bans, moderation actions, or terminations,
• Velocity bans or account linking flags,
• IP flagging or reputation damage resulting from session activity,
• Losses arising from your selection of shared network routing versus dedicated IP protection,
• Any loss of Robux, items, progress, or account access.

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

4. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accounts, sessions, and activity you run through the Service. You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful and to comply with the terms of any third-party platform you use it with. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and payment details safe.

5. Payments, Credits, and Plans

Credits are purchased in packs and consumed at 1 credit per running slot per hour. Plans (Macro, Proxy, Both) are add-ons valid for 30 days per activation via license key. All purchases are final unless we determine otherwise at our sole discretion. Chargebacks or disputes may result in termination of service without notice.

6. License Keys

Plan license keys are single-use, valid for 30 days from issuance, and may be revoked by us at any time if a payment is disputed, reversed, or the key is abused. You may not resell, share, or redistribute license keys.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to harass others, violate applicable law, or abuse the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation, with or without refund, at our sole discretion.

8. Changes to These Terms
